“1 Woman – 3 Roles” is a women’s community with a mission to support the modern woman in the three most important areas of her life: Self, family, and profession. Every woman is whole, even when she sometimes feels scattered.

This is a space where you can be completely yourself—with your dreams, your doubts, andyour strength. Here, you will meet women who understand what it means to balance work, family, and Self. “1 Woman – 3 Roles” is a community for women seeking direction, support, and inspiration in the three main roles they embody—as individuals, as part of a family, and as professionals. The community helps you balance these roles in your everyday life. Here, you can participate in monthly live seminars featuring training sessions, discussions, and workshops led by inspiring women and guest speakers—women who have walked this path and share their personal and professional experiences with care and understanding.

The community also offers a platform that brings together women navigating change and connects them with women who can serve as guides, support, and inspiration—through blog content, special discounts, and free inspirational conversations with the Inspirers.

For every woman navigating change, whether she is searching for a new direction, rebuilding her strength, or looking to grow with support. There are no age or professional restrictions—what truly matters is being ready to move forward.

Most clubs concentrate solely on “personal development” or “business support.” “1 Woman – 3 Roles” brings together the three most significant dimensions of a woman’s life and integrates them—Self (soul and body), family, and profession—into one comprehensive support system.

This is not just a space for business advice or motivational talks. It includes emotional, psychological, and spiritual depth: conversations about inner strength, authenticity, resilience, and the power of being whole.

You can connect with the Inspirers and enjoy free online inspiring conversations in addition to the live meetings.

Synergy Between Online and Offline Formats
The community maintains an online platform with professional articles, hosts the “Voice of Inspiration” podcast, offers numerous video materials and live events—allowing every woman to participate in the way that matches her rhythm and preferences.

  • An Inspirer is a woman who has walked her personal or professional path and shares her experience to support other women.
  • A Woman of Action is a woman who seeks a new direction, resources, and support, while choosing the pace that feels right for her.

You fill out a short application questionnaire and then receive a form with the next steps. An inspirer is a woman with an authentic story, a willingess to share, and a desire to support others, while also striving toward new horizons and seeking inspiration for herself. You can apply to become an Inspirer or recommend a woman whom you believe is meant to inspire. A careful selection process is applied, including a live interview with each woman who wishes to join as an Inspirer.

You can choose between two plans: “Aspiring” or “Determined”, depending on whether you prefer to observe and draw inspiration, or are ready for more active involvement through inspiring conversations with the Inspirers. Explore the plans here.

The platform offers opportunities for online inspiring conversations for the “Determined” Women of Action, as well as plenty of useful content. However, the pillar of our community is the monthly live events in Plovdiv, which will gradually expand to other cities.
